About me

I approach every matter individually, and I make sure my clients always know where their case stands. I started my career with traineeships at the Regional Court in Vienna and the Austrian Federal Chancellery, then worked as a trainee lawyer at Z/C/H Legal in Prague. Today I run my own practice in Frýdek-Místek.

The first 15 minutes are free. We discuss your situation in general terms and I tell you whether and how I can help and what I recommend next. No written opinion or other document is provided.
Fees agreed upfront
We agree the fee before any work starts, depending on the matter – an hourly rate, a fee per step, a fixed fee for the whole matter, or a monthly retainer for ongoing work.
Always informed
You know where your matter stands and what comes next.
FAQ
How much is the first consultation?
The first 15 minutes are free. It is a general assessment and a recommendation on next steps, not a written opinion or other document. If we agree to work together, the fee is set upfront.
What should I bring?
Everything you have on the matter: contracts, correspondence, decisions. You can also send it by e-mail in advance.
Do I have to come in person?
No. Most matters can be handled online.
How quickly do you respond?
I usually reply to e-mails within 48 hours on working days.
Do you work outside the region?
Yes, I represent clients throughout the Czech Republic and in cross-border matters.
